A lifelong love of colour and creativity sits at the heart of AnuOriginals.

For founder and maker Anuradha Shee, that passion began in childhood — when a box of colour pencils and a blank page could keep her happily immersed for hours. Decades later, that same spark still drives her. After more than a decade teaching in London, Anuradha chose to follow her true calling: to create art and handcrafted pieces that celebrate beauty, purpose, and joy.

What began as a personal journey of rediscovery has grown into a brand shaped by care, sustainability, and storytelling. Each handcrafted leather handbag, framed artwork, and textile piece reflects her belief that creativity can be both expressive and responsible — many of her leather designs are made from carefully selected offcuts, giving new life to materials that might otherwise go to waste.

Her collections draw inspiration from her heritage, her travels, and her ongoing artistic themes — from nostalgic memories of childhood to reflections on nature and climate. These threads weave together in her work to form a tapestry of cultures, colours, and values that unite craft and conscience.
